ORIGINAL POST: Tropical Storm Andrea is being felt in Hillsborough Friday, with police alerting residents of roads closures.
Shortly before 9 p.m., police issued an alert that downed wires closed Long Hill Road, between Dutchtown and Dutchtown-Zion roads. Shortly after midnight, East Mountain Road, between Amwell Road and Route 601, was also closed because of downed lines.

And high water closed Mountainview Road between Brook and Pleasant View Road, police said. Blackpoint Road was closed shortly after 9 p.m.
The storm has been predicted to drop as much as five inches of rain overnight and into Saturday afternoon.
