82-Year-Old Falls Off Dock, Drowns In Lake Hopatcong: Police
Police received the call about the Roxbury resident shortly before 6 p.m. on Thursday.

ROXBURY, NJ - And 82-year old Roxbury man died in Lake Hopatcong yesterday after falling off a dock, according to the Roxbury Police Department.
Shortly before 6 p.m. police received a phone call reporting a man had fallen off a dock in the area on King Road into the water. A preliminary investigation revealed an 82-year-old, Roxbury resident had fallen into Lake Hopatcong and did not survive, police said.
The Mt. Arlington Police Department and NJSP MSB also responded immediately to the scene. Police said they are not releasing the identity of the man until next of kin is notified.
