Cocaine, Pot, Guns Seized In Multi-County Drug Bust
A 44-year-old Sparta man and 37-year-old Cliffside woman face charges for drugs, guns and money laundering.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A long-term drug investigation culminated Wednesday in the arrest of two people now facing drug charges in Morris County. The investigation was a joint effort between Morris, Sussex and Bergen counties.
Three search warrants executed Wednesday in Sparta, Cliffside Park and Parsippany turned up an approximate 350 grams of cocaine, 37 pounds of marijuana, several firearms, and more than $300,000, the Morris Prosecutor said in a release Friday.
Two people were arrested as a result of the investigation: 44-year-old Samuel J. Rozynski of Sparta and 37-year-old Alona Goulbournes of Cliffside.

Rozynski, who remains in the Morris County Correctional Facility, is charged with first-degree possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and first degree possession of marijuana with intent to dispute.
He's also charged with second-degree conspiracy to distribute controlled dangerous substances, second-degree money laundering and three counts of possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of controlled dangerous substances offenses.

Rozynski also faces third-degree possession of cocaine and marijuana within 1,000 feet of school property, third-degree possession of cocaine, fourth-degree possession of marijuana and fourth-degree possession of prohibited weapons and devices, the prosecutor said.
Goulbourne was release from jail pending a further court hearing. She faces a second-degree charge of conspiracy to distribute dangerous substances and a third-degree money laundering charge.
In a statement, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp said, “The cooperation and coordination of investigative efforts by all involved agencies culminated in this very significant seizure of drugs and firearms. We will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to reduce the supply of illicit drugs.”
