Matt Howard, Director of Land Use, Howell Township to speak at the Howell Chamber of Commerce Luncheon on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
Matt Howard, Director of Land Use for Howell Township will speak at the upcoming Howell Chamber of Commerce luncheon on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 12 noon.
Matt will discuss:
- A review of the master plan and what that means for Howell in years to come.
- A short lesson on zoning. People always wonder how there can be two of the same businesses within such a close proximity of one another.
- Review permits that are required for businesses to have sidewalk sales, etc.
The luncheon will take place at The Chapter House, 1454 Route 9 South, Howell.

Cost is $5 for members, $10 for not yet members (cash only). Purchase your lunch direct from the restaurant. Please be mindful and considerate, in fairness to the restaurant who is providing staffing and opening their room for the luncheon, please purchase a meal from the hosting restaurant. Not yet members are welcome to attend up to 2 chamber meetings/events.
