15-Year-Old Shot Overnight In Jersey City
The teen was shot in the leg and taken to Jersey City Medical Center.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — A teen was shot on Tuesday night in Jersey City.
The 15-year-old, who was not identified because he is a minor, was shot around 8 p.m. on Rutgers Avenue. Jersey City officials said the teen was shot in the lower leg, and it was not a life-threatening injury.
He was treated at Jersey City Medical Center.
