JERSEY CITY, NJ — With forecasts calling for 2-4 inches of snow to fall by the end of Friday, many North Jersey school districts, including Jersey City, have announced early dismissals.

Jersey City said its schools will close by 12:45 p.m. Friday.

NWS forecasters said that the snow could affect the evening commute most, and included a powerpoint presentation about the storm here.
