Inch Of Rain Expected In Jersey City This Weekend: See Timeline

After being spared the worst of Beryl's remnants, North Jersey may still see heavy rain, followed by a day of sunshine and 93 degree temps.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — The remnants of Hurricane Beryl have dissipated, but Hudson County will still be subject to heavy rains Friday into Saturday, forecasters say. Dangerous rip currents may swirl in the Atlantic Ocean Friday night, so watch where you swim.

Up to an inch of rain will fall Friday night into Saturday, the NWS says. Thundershowers are most likely after 2 p.m. Friday and before 2 p.m. Saturday.

High tide will be at 2:19 a.m. and 3:04 p.m. Saturday.

Nevertheless, temperatures will still reach 88 on Saturday, the NWS says. Sunday will be sunny, with a high of 93.
