JERSEY CITY, NJ — More than an inch of rain could fall in Jersey City on Thursday, forecasters say.
A coastal flood statement was issued for between 1 and 5 p.m .Thursday.
The potential for flooding is often highest approaching high tide. On Thursday, a high tide of 4.2 feet is expected at 3:38 p.m.
