Forked River Wine And Spirits Hosts Fundraiser For Team Beachwood

LACEY, NJ — Forked River Wine and Spirits is hosting an all-day fundraiser Wednesday to benefit Team Beachwood for their participation in the 2021 Police Unity Tour.

“With all the restrictions still in place, finding ways to raise funds has not been easy,” Team Beachwood said on Facebook. “We did not send out our fundraiser letter this year. We found it hard to ask when everyone is going through this tough time.”

Forked River Wine and Spirits will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The liquor store’s bar, Thirsty Piney, serves bar food and drinks in the back of the store.

This will be Team Beachwood’s first fundraiser of 2021. Team Beachwood will announce more fundraisers throughout the year.

Anyone who would like to donate to Team Beachwood's participation in the Police Unity Tour can visit this website and do a team search by entering Beachwood.

The Police Unity Tour is a 300-mile bicycle ride from New Jersey to Washington D.C. that raises funds for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.
