July 24: Library Events, Art Party, Movie on the Bay

1. Events for all ages are being held at the today. At 10 a.m. the Blue to You Van from Horizon Healthcare of New Jersey will arrive to provide residents with information on healthy living strategies, local wellness activities, attend seminars, access health care information and more. At 11 a.m., children can listen to stories read by the library’s teen volunteers and make a craft. At 7 p.m., the Friends of the Lacey Library are meeting. New members are welcome.

2. There’s an art party with artists and crafters at Bayview Park in Brant Beach at 11 a.m

3. Learn how to attract hummingbirds and butterflies to your garden at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Ocean County on Whitesville Road in Toms River from 1 to 3 p.m.

4. Stop by the County Connection in Toms River from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. to learn about federal programs and benefits available to eligible residents.

5. Judy Moody & the Not Bummer Summer will be showing at the Lavallette Gazebo on Bay Boulevard and Philadelphia Avenue at 8:30 p.m.
