2. The Ocean County Health Department is offering free blood pressure checks at the County Connection in Toms River from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

3. A dietician from will be at the at 6:30 p.m. to demonstrate quick and healthy meals for teens. The event is open to those who are 13 years old and up.

4. There’s a Committee meeting at the at 7 p.m.

5. There’s a Gazebo Park Concert at Route 9 and West Bay Avenue in Barnegat from 7 to 9 p.m. Listen to Bluegrass, Classic Country and Light Rock. Admission is free. Bring a chair.
