June 4: Greenday Fair, County Connection Services

1. The Forked River Old Guard will be meeting at Community Hall at 9 a.m. Admission is $5.

2. The Greenday Fair at Seaside Park Marina will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be a flag raising, exhibits, interactive and educational presentations, fish hat parade, dedication of the Kids Can’t Float Cabinet by the Coast Guard, yoga and a shredder will be available.

3. If you’ve had problems with a purchase or an unreliable repairman, a representative from the Ocean County Consumer Affairs Department will be at the County Connection in Toms River from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

4. There’s a zoning board meeting at the Municipal Building at 7 p.m.

5. A representative from Workforce New Jersey will be at the County Connection in Toms River to provide job search assistance from 5:45 to 9:30 p.m.
