Lacey Police Arrest Three On Various Drug Charges After Motor Stop
Arrests came after stop at the intersection of
LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - It wasn't a good idea to be in Dustin D. Biondo's car in the early morning hours of Oct. 15.
Officer Anthony Sarno stopped Biondo's car at 1:52 a.m. at the intersection of South Street and Warren Avenue, after he saw him pull out of the Wawa parking lot on Route 9 North because he had no tail lights on.
Biondo, 37, had a $250 warrant for resisting arrest out of Toms River. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with maintenance of lamps, driving with an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, failure to exhibit registration and failure to exhibit a driver's license, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Passenger Joshua B. Rossi, 27, Beach Boulevard, Forked River, had a $533 outstanding Lacey warrant. He was also charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to wear a seatbelt. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River to wait for a bail hearing, the chief said.
Passenger Caitlin E. Sheeran, 28, Walnut Drive, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and failure to wear a seatbelt, he said.
