Lacey Police Stop Woman With Two Outstanding Toms River Warrants
Marissa F. Gannon, Bayville, pulled over for failure to maintain lane, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP - Lacey police recently pulled a Bayville woman over for failure to maintain lane and discovered she had two outstanding Toms River warrants.
Officer Scott Keefe conducted a motor vehicle stop at 12:45 a.m. on Dec. 2 on Route 9 North near the Berkeley border in Lanoka Harbor. Keefe and Officer Christopher Meyler issued Marissa F. Gannon, 35, Bayville, the summons and learned she had one outstanding $250 Toms River warrant for driving under the influence and another $250 Toms River warrant for possession of a syringe, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella aid.
Gannon was transported to police headquarters, processed and released after posting bail, the chief said.
