Little League Team Honored by Lacey Committee

The Lacey Junior Yankees Little League baseball team was honored with a proclamation at the township committee meeting.

The group of athletes was the first junior team in Lacey Little League history to go undefeated with a 20-0 record. The team won the district 18 league after a 12-8 championship game at the Lakewood BlueClaws stadium.
