Man Caught Illegally Dumping Couch At Lacey Public Works

Officer Daniel Ricciardella responded to a report of illegal dumping at 11:33 a.m. on Nov. 15. Security cameras captured a man removing a couch from a Ford pickup truck and leaving it on DPW property, Police Michael C. DiBella said.

The owner was contacted by the police and he returned to pick up the couch. No charges were filed since he removed the couch, the chief said.
