Man Charged With DWI After Driving Golf Cart In Lacey
A man in a golf cart was charged with driving while intoxicated after he attempted to place an order at a drive-thru window, police said.
LACEY, NJ — A man in a golf cart was charged with driving while intoxicated Wednesday after he attempted to place an order at a drive-thru window, police said.
Lacey police responded to a fast food restaurant on Route 9 at 11:39 p.m. for a report of a suspected intoxicated driver in a golf cart attempting to order food at a drive-thru window. Ocean County Scanner News reported that the incident took place at McDonalds.
During an investigation, authorities determined that Henry Fallas, 42, was intoxicated and arrested him.

Before he was released, Fallas was issued numerous summonses, including driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and refusal to submit to breath tests.
