Traffic Changes In Store For Lacey Christmas Parade
A section of Lacey Road will be closed just before the parade starts at 3 p.m., police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - A section of Lacey Road will be closed to traffic on Sunday in preparation for the annual Christmas Parade, Police Chief Michael DiBella said.
The portion of the roadway just west of the Forked River Elementary School at 110 Lacey Road down to the Lacey Municipal Building at 818 West Lacey Road will be shut down at 2:45 p.m. The parade will start at 3 p.m.

"This section of Lacey Road will be closed during the parade and vehicular traffic will need to use alternate routes," the chief said.
Motorists can access the western portion of Lacey Road through the Barnegat Pines section of the township, or by taking Manchester Avenue to Adams Street to Veterans Way to Municipal Lane, DiBella said.
