• Kitchen Argument Ends With Meat Cleaver Threat, Lakewood Police Say (patch.com) — Lakewood police say they arrested a Jackson Township man after an argument in a Lakewood restaurant kitchen on Christmas allegedly escalated into a meat cleaver threat, though no one was hurt. Officers tracked the suspect to his Jackson home, filed multiple assault and weapons charges, and reported he was taken to Ocean County Jail, pending confirmation on the inmate roster.
