School District Announces Appointment Of New Principal For Lawrence Intermediate School
Sharin Rello will be taking up her new position effective July 1.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — Sharin Rello has been named the next Principal of Lawrence Intermediate School, the district announced. She will be taking up her new position effective July 1.
Rello was appointed after principal Alyson Fischer stepped into the new districtwide role as Director of School Counseling and Student Supports.
A member of the LIS community for more than 20 years, Rello has served as Assistant Principal since 2018 and has been a passionate advocate for supporting the whole child.

She has made a lasting impact through programs like the LIS House system and peer-led intervention circles, helping to build character, reduce conflict, and foster student engagement. Her leadership is grounded in strong relationships and trauma-informed, social-emotional practices that help students thrive.
Before becoming an administrator, Rello was the LIS music teacher, where she inspired students through musical theater, a district-wide jazz festival, and performances with guest artists.
