The program will be held in the warmth of the Lawrence Nature Center but with a bird’s eye view of the birds visiting our feeders just outside.  Dependent upon weather conditions, we may venture outside with binoculars, searching for other species found in the surrounding field and forest.

This program will be from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 9:30 a.m.  It is recommended that adults with young children attend the Beginner Birding for Kids program held at 10 a.m.

Bring your own binoculars and bird field guides if you have them, but a limited supply will be available to borrow.  Dress appropriately if you intend to take the walk towards the end of the program.
