It is the first day of Spring so let’s get outside and enjoy it! Join the Friends of the Lawrence Nature Center as we celebrate the arrival of Spring 2012 by taking a brief hike around the nature center and Drexel Woods. We will search for the telltale signs of spring such as: skunk cabbage breaking ground and pushing up through leaf litter, a mourning cloak butterfly flitting about the edge of the forest, or some of our breeding birds preparing for the upcoming nesting season.
