Feliciano and his associate, who has since died, completed a string of armed robberies in May and June of 2019 at Mercer County and Union County businesses in New Jersey, as well as Bucks County businesses in Pennsylvania, according to documents filed in this case and statements made in court.
Feliciano’s co-conspirator would enter the businesses, brandish a handgun, and demand money from the store clerks working the register, Sellinger said, with Feliciano acting as the getaway driver.

While fleeing one of the robbery scenes in Union County, the conspirator fired a handgun at passing witnesses before being picked up by Feliciano, Sellinger said. Feliciano later admitted to conspiring to commit eight robberies and aiding and abetting three robberies, including the Union County robbery when the gun was fired.
Sellinger thanked FBI special agents, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge James E. Dennehy in Newark, with the investigation leading to the sentencing.
