Sept. 26: Twilight Samba Fitness at The Meadows at Lawrence

Get ready for an active night under the stars! The Meadows at Lawrence is hosting their first Twilight Samba Fitness event on Thursday, Sept. 26, from 5 to 8 p.m. The outdoor community event, which is free and open to the public, will take place at the Meadows campus, located at 2 Morris Hall Circle Drive in Lawrence Twp.

A dance-inspired program, Samba Fitness promotes exercise and movement for older adults – and it’s fun! This event will include Samba Fitness sessions, music, complimentary food and healthy smoothies, and a live petting zoo. The rain date is Thursday, Oct. 3.
