Woman Critical After Fiery Wrong-Way Crash In Mercer: Reports

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A Burlington Township woman was critically injured in a wrong-way crash on Sunday in Mercer County, according to reports.
The woman, driving a Toyota Highlander veered into oncoming traffic and smashed head-on into a Jeep Gladiator around 4:20 a.m. Sunday in Trenton, NJ.com said.
The impact sent the Jeep into the middle lane where it was rear-ended by another Jeep, causing both vehicles to flip multiple times, News12 reported.

The Jeep's engine then burst into flames, and its unconscious driver had to be pulled from the wreckage. The other jeep driver was able to exit his vehicle on his own.
The woman remains in critical condition, reports said.
