•Rain from the system will overspread all of New Jersey by Wednesday evening, with the heaviest rain expected to fall Wednesday night and Thursday morning. •Winds, from the east, are expected to gust to 35 mph or more at the coast, with guts between 20 and 30 mph inland.
•The onshore flow could produce minor tidal flooding along the entire coast at the time of high tide, between midnight and 1 a.m. Moderate tidal flooding is possible along the coast at the time of the morning high tide on Thursday. Heavy rain at the time of high tide could make flooding worse.
•No river or stream flooding is expected at this time. However, poor drainage flooding is possible where the heaviest rain happens to fall, especially closer to the coast.
