Residents should be aware of upcoming road closures and construction throughout the week.
MARLBORO, NJ — Marlboro residents should plan for alternate routes due to construction and road closures planned throughout the week.
According to a road construction notice from Marlboro Township, construction will begin on Monday and end Friday.

Monday, July 8
Starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m., police will be present on Murray Hill Terrace as the contractor’s crew performs test pit operations between Clubhouse Lane and Peasley Drive. The road will remain open.
Tuesday, July 9
Starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m., police will be present at Buckthorne Court where the contractor’s crew will be performing mill and pave operations.

Police will also be present at Topanemus Road, where the contractor’s crew will be performing mill and pave operations in the vicinity of Julian Way. Both Buckthorne Court and Topanemus Road will remain open.
Wednesday, July 10
Beginning at 7 p.m. and ending at 6 a.m., police will be present on Hartman Road, where the contractor’s crew will be performing mill and pave operations. The road will remain open.
Thursday, July 11
Beginning at 7 p.m. and ending at 6 a.m., Union Hill Road will be closed for mill and pave operations between Tennent Road and Menzel Lane. The road will be open during the day.
Friday, July 12
Beginning at 7 p.m. and ending at 6 a.m., Menzel Lane will be closed for mill and pave operations between Tennent Road and the school driveway. The road will be open during the day.
According to the road construction notice from Marlboro Township, the scheduled time frame for roadwork is weather-dependent, and every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience to residents during this time.
