A homemade device found at the Water Treatment Plant on Harbor Road early Saturday morning caused police to close the road for several hours, as county authorities investigated. According to <a href="http://newjersey.news12.com/news/bomb-squad-called-to-marlboro-water-plant-1.5198697" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">News 12</a>, burn marks were found where what was found to be homemade fireworks had been set off. The scene was cleared before noon on Saturday. The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office is investigating the incident.
