Old Bridge Woman Arrested Again in Marlboro, Facing Multiple Charges in Monmouth

Jessica Zaccardi, 24, was arrested in Marlboro in 2011 on shoplifting charges.

Marlboro Police arrested an Old Bridge woman again last week, for allegedly cashing stolen checks.

Jessica Zaccardi, 24 was arrested in 2011 for allegedly shoplifting and supplying police with a false identity. 

Zaccardi and Wayne Hinlickey, 27 of Old Bridge were both charged with shoplifting after police discovered them at Lowes in Morganville with alleged stolen power drills and other tools in 2011.

Marlboro Township Police said when patrol pulled up in 2011, Zaccardi and Hinlickey were allegedly standing next to the stolen items outside of Starbucks, which shares a parking lot with Lowes. 

Police arrested Zaccardi last week after she allegedly stole business checks and cashed one in the amount of $457.52.

According to state records, Zaccardi has been convicted of two drug crimes in Middlesex County in 2012. Records indicate Zaccardi was put on three years probation.

Currently, Zaccardi is in Monmouth County Jail with charges stemming from Marlboro, Howell and Union Beach and a total bail of $11,000.

In Howell, Zaccardi is charged with the alleged contempt of municipal court and in Union Beach she is charged with the alleged possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
