Week Ahead: Mayor Fitzgerald Reads to Colts Neck Children

A post-Sandy property tax appeals class is being held at the Monmouth County Library on Symmes Road in Manalapan, tonight at 7 p.m. The Freehold Township Democratic Club presents a free seminar on how to appeal your property tax assessment, including information on what to do if your property was affected by superstorm Sandy.

In Marlboro

The Board of Education is meeting on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Marlboro Early Learning Center. A community budget presentation will take place.

The Sunrise Senior Living center in Marlboro is holding an open house on Wednesday at 3 p.m. The open house includes a cupcake decorating class and a tour of the facility.

Speech and pathology expert Rachel Beer will explore using the iPad and other forms of technology in the continuing living with autism lecture series at Robertsville Elementary School in Morganville on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

The Town Council is meeting on Thursday at 7 p.m. in Town Hall.

Neighbors-helping-Neighbors Career Transition Support and Networking Group is meeting on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Colts Neck Library. The group is a peer-networking group geared toward helping local residents find jobs.

The Planning Board is meeting at 8 p.m. in Town Hall.
