Police: Morristown Man Hit Multiple Parked Cars In Hoboken
A Morristown man was charged with DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, and more after he allegedly hit several parked cars in Hoboken
HOBOKEN, NJ—A Morristown man was charged with multiple offenses, including DWI, after police said he struck several parked cars in Hoboken on Sunday night and then ran from the scene.
John Limato, 24, has been charged with DWI, reckless driving, possession of open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, and improper use of a cell phone in a moving vehicle.
Hoboken Police Chief Ken Ferrante said Limato struck "multiple parked vehicles on 8th & 9th St," before he fled the scene "missing wheels," before abandoning the vehicle and fleeing on foot.

Ferrante said officers caught Limato near 221 Jackson St., and a field sobriety test was conducted. Police said they also found open containers of alcohol in the vehicle.
No injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
