Bergen Man Charged Twice In 1 Month For Performing 'Lewd Act': Police
He was seen by two McDonald's employees, one of whom was a juvenile, who were delivering his curbside pickup order, police said.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Bergen County man was charged twice within a month for engaging in yet another "lewd act," according to authorities.
Vincent Evelina, 25, was seen (this time) performing the act by two McDonald's employees, on two separate occasions on March 9, while the workers were delivering his curbside pick-up order, Fairfield police officer Stacy Chiarolanza said.
It is unclear what the alleged "lewd act" was.

He was spotted at about 8:10 a.m. and 5:50 p.m., the second time by a juvenile employee at the Fairfield McDonald's. The morning employee did not report to police, though the juvenile reported the incident to the boss who then called police about both incidents, Chiarolanza said.
Evelina, of Garfield, had left the area by the time police arrived and was identified as the suspect through witness descriptions and video obtained from the McDonald's, police said.

He was charged with lewdness, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, and he surrendered Sunday to authorities on the arrest warrant. He was taken to the Essex County jail pending an initial court appearance, police said.
On Feb. 12, Evelina was charged with lewdness in connection with a similar incident in the parking lot of the Fairfield Target. He was allegedly seen by a woman who had parked next to him when she had returned to her car after shopping, police said.
The case is still before the court, Chiarolanza said.
