Delta Gas Station Convenience Store Proposal Hearing Continues

Paramus Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear continued testimony Thursday night regarding the Forest Avenue gas station's proposal.

Golden Fuels, owner of the Delta Gas station on Forest Avenue, returns to the Paramus Zoning Board of Adjustment Thursday night regarding its plans to convert its existing service garage into a convenience store.

A convenience store is not permitted use at this zone therefore the owner seeks a variance from the Zoning Board.

The hearing is expected to pick up where it left off months ago where architect Gary Kliesch gave testimony regarding the proposal which included the design plans for the proposed convenience store, new gas station pumps with canopy and multiple parking spaces, according to a Northjersey.com report.
