Delta Gas Station Denied Approval for Convenience Store
The Golden Fuels application to convert the gas station's garage into a convenience store was denied.

The Paramus Zoning Board of Adjustment denied Golden Fuel’s application to turn their garage into a convenience store.
Among the proposed changes to the plans includes the removal of one pump bringing the total down to four opening up more space on the site, NorthJersey.com reported.
According to the website, the size of the structure meets the borough’s standards; it did not meet the established codes for distance from the nearest residential zone, a minimum of 75-feet.
