Firenza Pizza's Paramus Crossroads Location Has An Opening Date
It is the first Bergen County location for Firenza Pizza. It will offer hearth-baked pizzas, customizable salads, and oven-baked wings.
PARAMUS, NJ — Firenza pizza, a fast-casual, create-your-own pizza chain, has an opening date for its Route 17 location.
The 2,000-square-foot restaurant will open at the Paramus Crossroad complex this summer, according to David Townes, senior director of retail services for real estate agency Cushman & Wakefield, who brokered the lease.
It is the first Bergen County location for Firenza Pizza. It will offer stone hearth-baked pizzas, customizable salads, and oven-baked wings. The business was founded in 2015 and has about 20 franchise locations throughout the United States.

Jersey Mike's Subs and Mamoun's Falafel have also signed leases to occupy the new 40,000-square-foot building added to the Crossroads. See related: Paramus Crossroads Dining, Retail Complex Being Built On Rt. 17
Jersey Mike's is a New Jersey-based sandwich chain that serves hot and cold sandwich, wraps, drinks, and desserts.

It will be Mamoun's Falafel's fourth New Jersey location. The chain serves homemade Middle Eastern food.
