Laganella Returns to Paramus Zoning Board With New Plans

In Paramus this week
Laganella Property Management returns to the Paramus Board of Adjustment this week with plans to build two buildings on its Route 17 north site, one of which would house a Panera Bread eatery.
Laganella was to appear before the Paramus Planning Board back in December but withdrew those plans and now returns to the Zoning Board this Thursday night.

The plans involve replacing the existing buildings on the site, property which borders the Equinox Fitness Club which is also owned by Laganella Property Management, with two buildings - one building at 15,000 square feet and another 4,500 square foot building.
Variances are sought for restaurant use and drive-thru which are not permitted at the zone. Also variances for the amount of parking spaces are requested as well as a series of other variances for buffer areas and signage.

This meeting will be held in the caucus room, the lower level of Borough Hall at 7:30 p.m. on May 16.
Also this week
The Paramus Planning Board will meet Thursday night in the council chambers at 7 p.m. A public hearing on the Prestige Management Services final site plan and major soil moving approval is expected.
West Brook Middle School will presents its spring concert on Tuesday, May 14 and Thursday, May 16 at 7 p.m.
Paramus High School will host its spring concert and banquet on Saturday, May 18.
