Meet the Artists of Sandy Exhibit, Leaf Pickup Begins Tuesday
Heres a look at what's going on today in Paramus.

Bergen Community College's Hurricane Sandy Exhibit Reception is Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Gallery Bergen on campus. Several artists from Bergen County and the tri-state area are coming together to show their work and talk about the personal impact of Hurricane Sandy.
Stop by and you can hear from some of the local artists who contributed to the gallery and you can sign the ‘Memorial Wall’ designated for New Jerseyans to share their recollections of living through Hurricane Sandy.

Today marks the beginning of curb-side leaf pickup by the DPW. The following was posted on the Params DPW Facebook page:
Beginning October 15, 2013 the Borough of Paramus will begin it’s curbside leaf pick up. Branches and sticks are NOT to be mixed in with the leaves. Sticks and branches must be bundled and can be disposed of in accordance with your recycling calendar schedule. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact the Department of Public Works at 201-265-2100 ext. 658 or 659.
