Paramus HS to Welcome 20 German Exchange Students

Twenty students from Karlsruhe, Germany will be arriving at Paramus High School as part of an exchange program later this month.

Sprechen sie deutsch? Well, you may not speak German but a number of Paramus High School students do and it will come in handy for the Germen student exchange taking place later this month.

Twenty students from Karlsruhe, Germany will arrive at Paramus High School for a 2-week homestay student exchange on Oct. 17.

A welcome breakfast, including a rundown of school rules from the principal, is scheduled for Oct. 18 at 8 a.m. The German students will be staying with host families in the community and will shadow Paramus High School students when they are not off on excursions with their group to New York City, Princeton and local malls.

This is the first time Paramus High School will be participating in an exchange in 15 years. Paramus students will surely willkommen them properly.
