Paramus High Students Perform with All-Eastern Honors Ensemble

Juniors Alison Wolfer and Joe Bacich played music with other students from around the eastern U.S.

Two Paramus High School students recently peformed in the 2013 National Association for Music Education All-Eastern Honors Ensemble.

Juniors Alison Wolfer and Joe Bacich were selected from among students across the eastern U.S. because of their past performances, including their placement in the 2012 New Jersey All-State ensembles. Wolfer joined the All Eastern Treble Voice Choir while Bacich performed with the All Eastern Band on horn.

The students "spent three intensive days learning and rehearsing high level music," according to district officials. They then performed April 7 at the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts in Hartford, Conn.
