Paramus Man Arrested, Charged with Allegedly Sexually Assaulting 8-Year-Old
A 23-year old Paramus man was arrested on Friday, Aug. 22 and charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. His victim, now eight, was only five or six at the time of the incident.
Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Paramus Police Department arrested a Paramus man after learning that he engaged in sexual activity with an eight-year-old girl, authorities said.
The Division of Child Protection and Permanency became aware of this and informed the Special Victims Unit.
According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, Anthony Yachouh allegedly abused his victim about two years ago when she was five or six years old.

Yachouh was charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Bail was set at $100,000 with no ten percent option. Yachouh is currently being held in the Bergen County Jail.
