Paramus Park Movie Theater Talks Resume This Week

Paramus will formally swear in new police captain and plans Memorial Day festivities this week.

Coming up this week on Patch

Paramus' Zoning Board of Adjustment is slated to hear more from Paramus Park Mall Thursday, May 23 at 7:30 p.m. regarding its plans to use previously approved expansion space for a movie theater and restaurant.

Very brief testimony on these plans was heard by the Board last month. Due to time constraints the hearing began at the tail end of the April 11 meeting therefore only a brief overview of the plans was presented at that time.

Five years ago the mall received the go ahead to expand by 88,000 square feet and returns now seeking a number of variances including the use of all the space for non-retail purposes.
