PARAMUS, NJ — The filing deadline to run for school board was Monday. Here's who filed petitions to run for seats on the Paramus Board of Education.
Three people are vying for three seats up for grabs on Nov. 5: Patricia Kim, Lisa Cassesa, and Keri Greene.
Cassessa and Kim are incumbents.

Cassessa is a freelance graphic and website designer. She was president of the parent teacher associations at Stony Lane Elementary School and West Brook Middle School before joining the board in 2017.
Kim was a teacher in the Newark Public School District for 11 years and a counselor for seven.
