Paramus Zoning Board Hears Plans for Panera Bread, Retail Space
More testimony will pick up in August.

Plans to construct two buildings on a Route 17 north site - one intended as a Panera Bread eatery, the other as retail space - have come before the Paramus Zoning Board.
Earlier this month the Board heard from Laganella Property Management's engineer who went over plans to construct the two buildings on the site that borders the recently openedNorthJersey.com reports.
The developer seeks approval to use the space as a restaurant and outdoor dining, which are not permitted use in the zone, according to the website. Other approvals are sought for the proposed buffer from neighboring residential properties and modifications for the parking lot which will be shared with the fitness club.
