Planning Board Holds Special Meeting for Proposed Gym

MONDAY:  The Planning Board has a Specia Meeting at 7pm regarding the continuation of a site plan review for Laganella Property Management proposed Equinox Gym on Rt. 17.

TUESDAY: BounceU of Paramus is hosting Twins Tuesday from 10am to 1:30am. Pay the regular admission of $9 for one twin and the second twin is FREE. Parents are always FREE as well. 

WEDNESDAY: The Paramus Public Library in partnership with the Mayors Wellness Campaign is hosting To Supplement or Not to Supplement" at 7pm as part of the "Staying Healthy at Your Library," program series. "Supplments" will be presented by The Valley Hospital's Howard Frauwirth, M.D. and Janet Brancato, M.S. R.D.

THURSDAY: The Planning Board will also have its regularly scheduled meeting at 7pm.

WEEKEND: The Paramus Board of Health will offer seasonal incfluenza and pneumococcal vaccniations to senior citizens 65 and older and adults sufferingr from chronic illnesses on Saturday morning, Oct. 6 at Paramus Borough Hall, beginning at 8am. This program will not serve clients who are HMO members. All participants must be age 65 or oer and show proof of age and Paramus residency. Chronically ill residents under 65 must present a current note from their physician indicating the need for immunization. Residents must register for the program by calling 201-649-0755. Please bring your Medicare card with you on the day of the program.
