West Brook Calls on Former Grads to Start New Tradition

School asks its former graduates to send in letters about their current jobs, accomplishments and whereabouts since their days at West Brook.

West Brook Middle School is starting a new tradition in 2013 by recognizing graduates of the school of all ages.

The school is looking to feature the accomplishments and whereabouts of all its former graduates on a bulletin board outside the Guidance Suite which will serve as an inspiration to current students and also keep the school connected with those who formerly studied there.

The board asks all graduates to submit written letters or emails including such as information as their name, school(s) attended, degree(s), accomplishments, special honors, distinctions and professional information. Grads can include a photo as well if they wish.

Graduates are asked to either submit written letters to main office or email to  gherring@paramus.k12.nj.us. School staff asks letters be kept one-sided so they can easily featured on the board.

This board will feature the letters, as well as a world map which indicates schools attended/job locations, and a tally of the number of graduates participating and the number of countries and states affected.
