Developer Breaks Ground On 212 Luxury Apartments In Parsippany

PARSIPPANY, N.J. – Known for its luxury apartment buildings, Mill Creek has broken ground on Modera Parsippany, a 212-apartment community near Veterans Memorial Park and the Boonton reservoir.

This is the third complex in Morris County built by Mill Creek. Modera 44 opened its doors last year in Morristown, with Modera 55 now under construction in the same town.

This is Mill Creek’s first development in Parsippany.

The apartments will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom units and will begin leasing in the fall of 2017.

Amenities in the complex include a two-floor fitness center with yoga studio; salt-water swimming pool; indoor and outdoor common areas; and a keyless entry system.
