Fatal Parsippany Crash Under Investigation: Police
A pedestrian was struck and killed in Parsippany on Tuesday night, authorities said. The matter is still under investigation.

PARSIPANNY, N.J.–Authorities said they are currently investigating a motor vehicle accident in Parsipanny that killed a pedestrian.
No criminal charges have been filed at this time, Agent Paul Merkler of the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said in a Thursday release.
The Tuesday crash occurred on North Beverwyck Road, Merkler said.

The identity of the pedestrian has not been released.
The Morris County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit, the Parsipanny-Troy Hills Police Department, Morris County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Section and the Morris County Medical Examiner's Office are investigating the matter, according to Merkler.
