Parsippany First Responders Honored With Festive Fundraiser

PARSIPPANY, NJ - Funds were raised Saturday for those who support others as the Parsippany Lions Club honored first responders with a spring food festival fundraiser.

The event offered multiple ethnic cuisines as well as attractions including live music, dance performances, games, and raffle draws.

Mayor James Barberio inaugurated the start of the event as all of Parsippany’s First Responder Chiefs were recognized for their contributions and dedication to keeping the community safe.

“I am so very proud of our township and country. Our first responders should be recognized for all their hard work and commitment," Barberio said. "Thank you for all you do to keep us safe.”
