Further investigation revealed three videos on the defendant's cell phone that allegedly depict adult women's intimate parts while using the restroom, Carroll said.

Emker was arrested on the above charges on July 22.

Following his arrest, Emker was released under the terms of the Criminal Justice Reform Act with pretrial release conditions that included monitoring, being barred from returning to the RVA Fields and having limited cellular phone usage.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 6, 2023.

The investigation is still ongoing, according to authorities, and anyone with information about it is encouraged to contact the Morris County Prosecutor's Office's Sex Crimes / Child Endangerment Unit at 973-285-6200.
