Two New Parsippany Police Officers Sworn In
David Ribaudo and John Garza transferred to join the Parsippany Police Department and were sworn in by the mayor.
PARSIPPANY, N.J.– Parsippany Mayor James Barberio swore in two new Parsippany police officers: David Ribaudo and John Garza.
Ribaudo, a graduate of the County College of Morris, worked as both a Morris County corrections officer and Sheriff's officer before transferring.
Garza, a U.S. Army veteran, came from the Passaic County Sheriff's Office. Garza is a certified EMT and firefighter.

Barberio said that he was grateful “to have two hard working young men of such high moral character join the Parsippany police force.”
